Beef yakhni Pulao.


Beef 1/2 kg with bones
Basmati Rice 1/2 kg (washed and soaked)
Fried onion Half cup
Black cumin 1/4 tsp
Black pepper 5
Green cardamom 2
Star anise 2
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Dry plum 8 to 10
Yogurt 1 cup
Fennel powder 1 tsp
Chicken cube 1
Salt according to your taste
1/2 cup ghee
For yakhni
Onion 1 medium
Green chillies 10 to 12 cut into halves
Tomatoes 1 large
Ginger garlic 2 tbsp crushed
Fennel seeds 2tbsp
Coriander seeds 2 tbsp
Cumin seed 1 tsp
Black pepper 10
bay leave 1
Cinnamon stick 1
Star anise 2
Black pepper 5
Green cardamom 2
Salt to taste
4 glasses of water

Put all yakhni ingredients together with meat nd cook for 1 hour or until meat tender.

Take out meat from yakhni and sieve the yakhni. Keep aside

Heat ghee, add black pepper, cardamom, star anise, black cumin and saute, add ginger garlic paste and again saute for 2 mins.
Add meat, chopped green chillies, dry plum, fennel powder, chicken cube and yogurt bhonify on high flame for 5 mins.

Add prepared yakhni according to your rice. Bring it to boil
Now add soaked rice in it and mix it and cook it till the rice are 3/4 cooked and water is dried add fried onion. Now put a lid on it and put it on dum for 10-15 minutes on very low flame
